Terms of Use

Sidequests is a city exploration game. Use good judgment, respect other people, and follow the rules of every place you visit.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 and legally able to accept these terms. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate account information.

Safe participation

Do not trespass, enter unsafe or restricted areas, obstruct traffic, photograph people where consent is expected, or break local rules to complete a quest. Packs are not promises that a location is open, accessible, free, or safe at a particular time. You are responsible for your surroundings.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos and profile content you submit. You give Sidequests a limited license to host, process, validate, display, and share that content only as needed to operate the service and honor the audience you select. You must have the right to upload what you submit.

Community rules

Do not upload illegal, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or infringing content. Do not impersonate others, manipulate rewards, automate abuse, or evade safety controls. We may remove content or restrict accounts to protect users and the service.

Service changes

Quests, rewards, collaboration rules, and availability may change. We may suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. The service is provided as available without a guarantee that every submission will be accepted or every location will remain accessible.

Termination

You may stop using Sidequests or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements.
